Lead Recovery Works Inc. (“Lead Recovery Works,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides Ava Desk, Quote Live, and the Phone Test. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit leadrecoveryworks.com, use our client portal or a Quote Live page, interact with our website or voice assistants, schedule a call, purchase a service, or contact us.
When we handle a client’s customer information on that client’s behalf, the client determines the purposes of that service and its own privacy notice also applies. For example, a home-service business may use Ava Desk to handle its calls or Quote Live to send its estimates. We process those service records to provide the agreed service and support the client’s instructions, subject to applicable law.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
We may collect information you voluntarily provide, including:
- Your name, company name, job title, email address, telephone number, and business website.
- Information about your trade, service area, locations, lead volume, customer database, CRM or field-service platform, operational capacity, and business goals.
- Information you submit in service intake forms — such as the business phone number to be assessed, business hours, average job values, your role and authorization to commission a Phone Test, and the operating information needed to configure your service.
- Client-portal account and service information, such as your name, email address, workspace, access permissions, configuration choices, and account or administrative activity.
- For Ava Desk and our website assistant, information shared in calls or chats, such as contact details, service addresses, service requests, scheduling preferences, conversation messages or transcripts, call timing and outcomes, job cards, appointments, and follow-up tasks. Voice services process call audio; stored recordings may also be collected when recording is enabled, with notice or consent where required.
- For Quote Live, customer contact details, quote contents and prices, quote-view and acceptance records, selected options, and deposit or refund status.
- For The Phone Test, records of the test calls we place, including written call notes and, only where permitted by applicable law, call recordings.
- Information contained in emails, forms, call notes, meeting recordings or transcripts when enabled with notice, and other communications with us.
- Billing and transaction information, such as order details, purchase amounts, payment status, refunds, and transaction confirmations. Payment-card details entered in Stripe checkout are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store full card numbers through those checkout forms. Quote Live deposits are processed through the relevant client business’s connected Stripe account.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, our hosting provider and the analytics and security tools we enable may automatically collect limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location, and date and time of access. These tools may use cookies, pixels, logs, or similar technologies.
Information from third parties
We may receive information from client businesses and service providers that support our operations, including scheduling and calendar services, voice and AI service providers, email providers, hosting companies, payment processors, analytics providers, and referral partners. For example, a client may provide customer details needed to prepare a quote or respond to a service request.
2. How We Use Information
We may use information to:

3. Cookies and Analytics
Our website uses essential cookies and similar technologies needed for security, performance, and basic functionality. We also use analytics tools, including Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use our website — for example, which pages are viewed, which links are clicked, and general technical and approximate-location information. Google Analytics may set cookies and processes information under Google’s own privacy terms. If we add advertising or other non-essential tracking technologies, we will update this policy and provide additional notices or choices where required.
You can often control cookies through your browser settings, and you can learn about opting out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking cookies may affect certain website functions.
4. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information:
- To service providers: vendors that provide hosting, data storage, voice services, transcription and AI processing, scheduling, email, calendar, video conferencing, analytics, security, payment processing, document management, or professional services. Call or chat content may be processed by voice and AI providers to respond to an inquiry and produce service records.
- To the relevant client business: when you call a business using Ava Desk or interact with its Quote Live page, we make the relevant request, conversation, quote, appointment, or transaction information available to that business and its authorized users so they can serve you.
- For business operations: to contractors, advisors, accountants, attorneys, insurers, or financing sources that need the information for a legitimate business purpose and are subject to appropriate obligations.
- For legal and safety reasons: when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, legal process, or governmental requests; protect rights, safety, or property; or investigate fraud or security concerns.
- In a business transaction: in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction.
- With your direction or consent: when you request or authorize the disclosure.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change, we will update this policy and provide any legally required choices.
5. AI Assistants and Third-Party Services
Our website assistant and Ava voice assistant use automated systems and third-party providers to process information you share and generate responses or service records. This may include processing call audio, transcripts, chat messages, and details needed to answer questions or arrange an appointment. Avoid sharing information unrelated to the service request.
We use providers including Telnyx for voice services, Calendly for scheduling, and Stripe for payments, alongside hosting, AI, email, and analytics providers. Their privacy notices explain their own processing practices. When a client business connects its calendar or payment account, that business’s privacy notice and the provider’s terms also apply to their respective processing.
6A. Marketing Communications
You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe method included in the message or by contacting us. Even after you opt out of marketing messages, we may still send non-promotional communications related to appointments, transactions, security, or an existing business relationship.
Submitting a website form, using the assistant, or requesting an appointment does not provide blanket consent for automated marketing calls or text messages. We do not currently offer SMS messaging as part of Ava Desk, Quote Live, or the Phone Test.
6B. Telephone Numbers and Communication Preferences
We do not sell mobile telephone numbers or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share telephone numbers with service providers as needed to handle calls, appointments, service requests, and account support. Any text-message consent or opt-in records we retain are not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to communicate with prospects, deliver purchased products, provide services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law. Retention periods vary based on the nature of the information and our legal or operational needs.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no website, transmission, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To make a request, email hello@leadrecoveryworks.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. If your request concerns information we handle on behalf of a client business, identify that business so we can direct the request appropriately and assist it where required. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
10. Children’s Privacy
Our website and services are intended for business owners and professionals and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
11. International Visitors
Lead Recovery Works is based in the United States. If you access the website from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate, which may have different data-protection laws than your country.
